Drax has ZERO chance in fight one. I still take Genis in fight 2, although with the power gem it really all boils down to a matter of opinion. But if Thor could do what he did against Drax with the gem, Genis annihilates him even then.

Drax was still class 100 before he had the power gem and was a tank as well.
