If it's to the death... then team wins... eventually, since Thanos can't die whatsoever, and Phoenix Emma can just keep reforming/reviving herself from being disintegrated. Eventually Odin will have to go into his Odinsleep...

Normally I'd give it to Odin, but the Fab Five are becoming Marvel's answer to Superboy Prime; walking PIS.

If we're talking 1/5th Phoenix Force Emma, I'm going with Odin. If we're talking 1/2, then Emma/Thanos should win handily.
