He attempts to shoot Ozy, Ozy ducks.

His clip emptied, he gets a knife out, and gets in close to Ozy to stab him.


Ozy reverses the knife, stabs Frank,then punches him away derisively, only to look down and see a grenade tangled in his cape.

Boom.

Put him as a relatively normal guy with a few tricks up his sleeve and some common sense on a super team. Run with it from there.
