IIRC There was actually a comic where they switched weapons, I can't seem to recall the circumstances though.

Who wins? Clint is more accurate with caps shield then cap could ever be with clint's arrows.

Steve would likely just catch the shield on the rebound and then son Clint.

Steve verbally owned Barton so bad in the Secret Avengers point one issue...
