Who wins?

Spider-man. KP is more skilled ofcourse but Pete has the spider powers experience plus training by Shang who specifically tought him to deal with Spider powered opponents.

Equal bodies? Once upon a time, it would be KP, whose own training isn't anything to scoff. More recently, Pete.

So spidey still keeps his spidersense, and spider-fu? Yeah parker stomps.

No "exotic" Spiderman abilities for Fisk. Just Equal strength/stamina/durability. Peter with all Spider powers.
