I'd wager Grifter could match them in TK; not sure about TP though.

Mary is the weak link

Well, yes and no. She isn't "weak", but her CIS(insanity) gives her variable performances. Partially while in her Bloody Mary persona, she's tussled with Spiderman. She bypassed his Spider-sense, knocked him around with telekinesis, and even set him on fire recently.

On the other hand, she's stood around and screamed hysterically while letting herself get beat up too.

Depending on how certain matchups play out, I think the battle could be interesting. (Well, unless this is DCnU Grifter. I haven't gotten into DCnU yet.)

DCNU Grifter is walking around with high Herald power.

Then not DCNU Grifter want to be a close fight

Well then, yeah. It could be interesting. I think people forget that Mary can set others on fire by thinking about it.
