Team 1 should still win, given the fact the Destroyer's incredibly durable and can be augmented by the spirits of Loki and Thor. At best, the DA could be BFRed...but given Loki and Thor's teleportation abilities, that won't stop it.

Comes down to Team 1 and 2. Destroyer's capabilities will be better utilized with Loki though so I give them the edge.
