I have next to no idea on current Nightwing but I'm also kinda confused on the Winter Soldier riding that seems to go on.

Does Bucky have anything going for him statswise apart from that metal hand?
Does he have any kind of enhanced stats whatsoever (apart from the strength in his metal hand?)
