The Aegis Armor is below Imperies who himself, as a rip-off is below Galactus. Nowever, sundipped Superman was a Loeb Force powered charakter and his power levels are still unknown. I think the combination wuld give Galactus a fight but would go down 10/10 after some time (when the energy is depleted), except if Galactus is not at his good-best.
