Who wins?

Not really much of a fight. Aside from being able to just turn him into stone with a glance, Grey Gargoyle was far more powerful based on how he treated Iron Man. Just destroyed him and completely shrugged off everything that he was hit with. I can't see anyone short of a pissed off Thor/Superman/Silver Surfer level being treating him like that imho. Especially in Bleeding Edge armor.
