Relic's tech was able to absorb Lantern energy(exclusively) very efficiently, but given that H'El's energy attacks aren't derived from Lantern energy, we can't say that Relic's tech would have any affect on it. Aside from that, good ol' fashioned fisticuffs(from weakened Lanterns) was still a viable tactic against Relic:
