I'm no expert on Genis, but based on what I've seen from him, he'd mess Apocalypse up pretty bad.

Close but Apoc comes out on top

Keep in mind he has access to Celestial tech and info

Isn't this the same Genis that was fighting Sentry and supposedly unleashing enough energy to rip apart worlds? Seems a bit above Apocalypses paygrade IMO
