According to the Tier post linked in Badabing's sticky, BB is mid herald and GR Blaze is mid meta. I'd agree that both should be higher, I thought that's the gist of what we were going for.

Did I consult the wrong list and/or misunderstand the intent of the thread?

I'm not sure about 'defines', as I don't think anybody but the herald tiers have definitions in that sense, but as far as most powerful goes;

Low Meta - Vance Astro

Mid Meta - Moonstone

High Meta - Miss Martian

Low Herald - Cassandra Nova (lol what is she doing here)

Mid-Herald - Shaman (what is he doing heeeeereeeee)
