I stop reading comics for a few months now, so can someone tell me, when/how/why did Zauriel turn into a chick?

Or am I mistaken that's a completely different character?

1) when did Blackheart gain his own hell and not his fathers?
2 at what point has Dormammu been downgraded to mere Hell Lord?
