Jason and Dick tire themselves out trying to beat Punisher to death.

Widow comes in for the easy kill.

Even though Punisher has a good damage soak, Nightwing could hit him with a pressure point and take him out instantly if he wanted to.

how does Punisher have good damage soak when Bruce Wayne punched him out in both their encounters?

Team 1. I think people are underselling BW and Punisher in calling it a stomp, though. I think team 1 would win every time...but I think they'd have to work for it every single time.
