Doesn't mean he is more powerful than standard Superman though. Both might intake sun light different than the other. He is an alternate Superman. You might as well compare all of the alternate versions of Supes to the real deal. What fts does he have that puts him on the level of the real deal?

Pretty sure is ftl, iirc jay garrick even compared him to wally. That was after the JSA tried to bring him down unsuccesfully.
