Well, Dead man would possess one of the clones, he'd be taken down, then the next etc etc. Madrox tires eventually....Dead man doesn't. Over the course of a day, a week, he'll wear him down.

Deadman possesses the primary/original Madrox and uses his mutant power to call back all the other clones.

I think that counts as a victory?
