hmm, i'd go with:

supes 1M (more abilities + no weaknesses or inconsistent showings of pc supes)
validus/pc supes (val>superboy, but superman? opinions will vary, but this is really close imo)
prime

the odds of validus beating 1M aren't very good. but other than that, sure, it's fine.
