that was NOT a strong version of cable....

Hulk was battling against Onslaught mind raping him and Storm and Cable mind zapping him. Also, Grey Hulk killed him before that showing. Punched him until he died. Not a good showing to bring up. Not only that (Hulk was even being mentioned numerous of times in that issue as being the most powerful being on the planet), he was helpless against Hulk when Hulk went Savage. Couldn't do a thing.
