He seems to be understimated.

His career was just short lived. And he needs to be reintroduced

he's in bill's class but we never saw enough of him to say just how he would do in something like this. he seemed to match herc in strength but it wasn't much of a fight. because we don't know much hard to give him the benefit of the doubt against someone who beat thor in h2h.

He hurt She Hulk hand when she punched him I mean thats pretty durable and he out to out manuvered Herc hang with a none angered Drax and defeat Gamora. I think it would be a damn good fight.

Maxam is skilled and strong but Bill takes him.

He is also durable he was able to bust out of IW force field by increasing his mass.
