Surfer could get stomped, or he could be portrayed as being slightly above Orion and beyond Kalibak/Damage, easily dealing with them through the PC, and going on to fight Orion with the slight advantage (Limited to being a brick).

It REALLY depends on the writer for a fight like this. I think the team would win, but Kalibak is a real useless POS, and Damage is a shitty Hulk who has none of the crazy GAMMA factor that lets Hulk do all the exotic shit he does. Whichever way it goes, I think it'll just end up with Surfer/Orion duking it out.
