Iron Man...Sonics or some other exoctic attack would be effective.

Sue Storm....She's gotta be instant fast with her shields but even so can she forestall his onslaught and what damage could she do? Sue looses 2/10

The Sahara is a lot larger than that though. Sandman could become as large as a country. I mean, the Sahara is just a little smaller than the United States. Sandman likely beats them all under these conditions. Hawksmoor looked to be Pacific Rim Kaiju size in that scan.
