In the future shown in HOTMU(which does seem to be *the* future of 616, given that the entire story is geared around, and references issue numbers from, canon 616 issues), Franklin and Galactus are the last beings alive in Marvel... And at the end Franklin seems to become Galactus and creates the next cosmos.

there's only one multiverse in marvel, there's only one eighth cosmo, seems like no matter if it's 616 reality, at the end of time TOBA Hulk will be there to absorb the sentience of eighth multiverse

Except that's not what happened in HOTMU, therefore we're talking about two separate futures.

In one future TOBA/Hulk destroys everything(including Galactus and Franklin.) In another future Galactus and Franklin are the last two being alive, and go on to create the next cosmos.

I get what you are saying, what Franklin in HOTMU is capable of cannot directly apply to the Franklin in immortal hulk

however it is true Franklin gets more powerful as time goes on

But my point is: we don't know how powerful Franklin became in the Immortal Hulk future. The scene from HOTMU is not applicable, as it is technically a different version of Franklin from a different future.

and future adult franklin will always be more powerful than current kid franklin

not that it matters anyway, TOBA is literally a reflection of TOAA, his possessed hulk form destroyed a multiverse

certainly not the likes of Franklin or Galactus can comprehend.

Maybe Franklin was powerless in that universe/future. Maybe it was Marvel Zombies' Galactus. Maybe toba simply depowered them. We don't know what happened, do we?
