I'm going to assume that this is Deathseed Sentry? He wins no doubt. Well he hits hard enough to hurt the Cosmic King, but there isn't much that Thor on the other hand could do to keep him down. DS Sentry would eventually KO him. Unless someone can tell me how Thor would manage to stop a solidified mental concept that has total immunity to physical pain?

Anyway, before all of the Giant Worm, and the Boulder's references invade your ability to think straight, we would all need to see them for what they were. Plot devices. Plot devices hold very little weight in a forum match, especially if the characters in question were shown to be greater than them.
