No.

He says he can act on the past and present as big as the Big Bang.
He should be able to make the possible possible.

They destroyer is too powerful.

Maybe if he is able to remain conscious while chipping the Destroyer down little by little, which could take a very long time. The person within the Destroyer matters as well.
