this but barry and wally are the very bottom of the list

basing this on how they could handle a variety of situation like magic, invasion, techno armagedon, zombie, street level crimes etc.

oh they are, not as much as the others on the list though. and why i agree with DS with firestorm+SS higher, but thats imo,

edit,: actually glossed over mags and prof x.. they probably tie with speedy bois or lowest on the list then.
