Can Rogue defeat the Hellfire Clubs dangerous lady?

Selene owns her.

If Rogue can get her hands on Selene to absorb her power, then she has a chance.

Problem is Selene can just go into her shadow form, thereby leaving Rogue nothing to grab... at which point she can proceed to mind rape Rogue with her telepathy at her leisure.

Magnon beat me to it, but Rouge's drain doesn't work on Selene.

Or maybe Selene's own life draining abilities simply override other, weaker drains. Hard to say.
