Couldnt he just telekinetically force shut BB's mouth? If Black Bolt goes all out from the get go and Vader gives him that first attack, BB wins.

Blackbolt is physically stronger than everyone Vader has faced, probably ly combined, it's not going to be as easy as shutting some stormtrooper up. As well as more durable.

I'm gonna say bb but I don't know all of Vaders feats.
