Candidates can win more than one award unless stated.

8. Most Influential Person of the Millennium Award- Luthor

superman inspires luthor to do everything he's done for years, and superman is pretty much the shoe in for that award for too many reasons to name.

It was a new award this year and will not be featured for subsequent annual awards for the next 1000 years.

The only worthy candidates are Superman and Dr. Doom.

i wouldn't go that far.

High Evolutionary is pretty ridiculous in terms of intelligence. He had technology, that evolved Hercules and himself to become one with the substance of the Universe or whatever.

In the recent Uncanny issue he apparently lobotomized the Dreaming Celestial. Which if you think about it, is pretty damn stupid and doesn't work at all with the Eternal's series.
