I dont know Super Nova. Have not followed it.

Super Nova faught FL, West Coast Avengers, Thor. It was Richards who convinced him to leave

Just returned

Super Nova was about sky father level. Maybe a little lower

Super Nova was the only other person that had the entire Novaforce within him at one time. Only he didn't have the worldmind mental blocks in place so he was 10x as powerful as Richard is currently.

He never beat Thor's ass. Just to clear that up. His lucky all Thor did was float there.

Seems pretty impressive. I believe team 2 would be the logical choice if he smacked around that many people.
