Since the beginning of time werewolves have existed, Feared by all who dared to wonder into their midst, The cursed ones were shuned by society they who had inherited the werewolf genes fled into woods or where they would be safe and without persecution.
For a time things were quiet and the werewolves were a thing of myth or stories like that of the vampire and other forms, This however is all about to change as the next batch of werewolves are to rise and this is where the story sets as a group of locals discover that they too have inherited the werewolf gene form in the wake of the 100 years since the last blood moon which will change their life rapidly they will never be the same again.

You are the new werewolves you will undergo many changes, your reactions and feelings are reacting to that of the moon and it's influence, you will also gain new abilities that will vary with each one of you none will have the same kind of power except this-
you are stronger, Faster. and have enhanced night and day vision, you will be able to hear from a great distance.

I was actually going to ask if I could play an old school one that would kind of serve as a mentor to the others and help them cope and learn about being a lycanthorpe and all of that.

hell yeah. They will be proper werewolves as you just mentioned the normal wolf has you have seen is their phase form when the can blend in and change willingly. However the first full moon after the blood moon is when they have no control and change form into the full on werewolf and how your character reacts is up to you

Bio/History: Count Ludwig lived a very wealthy and prosperous life while blessed with a beautiful family. On his 34th birthday he was cursed with Lycanthropy. It didn't take him long for him to realize that he had become a dangerous feral beast so he told his wife of his disease and sent her and their children far off to his parent's castle until he could gain control over his curse. Time went by and he finally mastered his curse, regained his rationality and learned to transform at will, however he's much weaker when there's no full moon. Once he became a master of his curse he came to rejoin his family but finally realized how much time went by when he learned that his parents, and his wife were dead. Only one of his children survived so long and even then he only met them again on their death bed. Never the one to be such a sad downer, he persevered, went on to live a happy life, and even left his home country as time went by.
Misc: Ludwig is very wealthy still to this day and his fortune continues to grow. Over the years he has become a master at hand to hand combat.

Yea that could work maybe he could be like Giles from buffy type of character you would be be their mentor helping them adjust. but would be cool to see your character, see one of them transfer.

I see what you're saying, and all, and again I don't mean to come off as someone some rp critic or anything but 60 seconds is a bit too much imo. She could just freeze time and we could kill or beat whoever we're fighting with a lot of time to spare, unless I'm mistaken and her time powers only work on humans. If it works on everyone then I'd suggest reducing it down to 10 seconds at most. I'm not the host nor do I have any authority here, so you don't have to do it or even listen to what I'm saying. There are other time manipulating powers you could have too if you want me to share them.

Arya I don't mind the freeze time thing can you just reduce the time down to about 10 seconds that should be enough

sure no problem. 60 seconds was a bit much 10 seconds should be cool.

alright cool. we just want to make it fair to others here that is all but I think it will be a cool power to have and handy

you could always just go ahead and just post like something about your character what he's all about history how he can to be a werewolf etc and when it happens then you can post your major debut into the rp - if your tired of waiting then make another character
