i know the majority will say batgirl, but i'll stick with how it should be US agent 7/10

Tbh I think us agent would take any batgirl. If he can take down cap... He can take down batgirl

i know theres a huge strength gap, but i still think cassie could take him

USAgent is no slouch in h2h department. He's aint Rogers, ain't Batman and ain't Cassie, but he just need to connect once to crush her.

Cassie pushes his shield up his ass.

Considering he's about twenty times as strong as her and is more then agile/skilled enough to connect, that's very doubtful.
