Supermex
The Dc Illuminati:

* Batman (Bruce Wayne) He repesents the common man, as he possesses no natural superhuman abilities.

* Superman (Kal-El) , who is an important part of Dc history, He also represents the JLA type of hero and one who understands and appreciates that a hero can work with the government, rather than outside of it.

* Green Lantern (Alan Scott) represents the Green Lantern Cops as it's honorary member on it's behalf as an honorary member.

* Aquaman (Arthur Curry) represents the oceans as there ruler.

* Dr.Fate (Kent V. Nelson) speaks for the mystical/non-scientific side of the Dc universe. Although still abit inexperienced, Dr.Fate's mere presence brings the mystical-based part of the superhero community of highest order.

* Mr.Terrific (Micheal Holt) represents the science-based part of the superhero community.

Vs

The Marvel Illuminati:

* Iron Man (Tony Stark) represents the Avenger type of hero, one who understands and appreciates that a hero can work with the government, rather than outside of it. He also repesents the common man who possesses no natural superhuman abilities.

* Black Bolt (Blackagar Boltagon) represents the Inhumans, who are an important part of Marvel history, He also represents a ruler/king archetype, one that has also been filled by Namor.

* White Queen (Emma Frost) is there on behalf of the mutant community, due to the absence of Professor Charles Xavier.

* Namor is a ruler of the oceans and represents the anti-hero mindset.

* Dr. Stephen Strange speaks for the mystical/non-scientific side of the Marvel universe.

* Mr. Fantastic (Reed Richards) represents the science-based part of the superhero community.

Who wins?

Fight 1. With prep ...................Fight 2. With no prep

Zeuodin
marvel.

edit

Prep-Man
without prep, DC wins. With prep, MU wins You should have put in the Atom for Mr. Terrific. Much closer to Reed than Terrific.

Survivor19

Maybe. But Terrific can't even be seen by tech. That is going to get him some bonus points. But Marvel does win.

Omega Vision
Yeah Mr. Terrific is actually the perfect candidate if you wanted to take down Iron Man. Tony would never see it coming.

Bouboumaster
Prep: Marvel win
Without prep: Marvel loose. But Aquaman still die.

Supermex
this is current Dr.Strange and also The Atom is on the Dc Illuminate, takin the place of mr.Terrific

Bouboumaster
Richards win the prep war

Prep-Man
Reed still defeats Atom, though mostly it could go either way. Ray is the person everyone goes to if they need something built. Time Machines, special weapons, etc...

Brainiac 5 is the best intellect DC has. Put him in, but then it's not a perfect fit.

Wasn't there an actual dc illuminati? They were the ones who secretly performed lobotomies on villains? Batman was surprised to find out about them and such?

I think that was more like a hastily assembled conspiracy within the JLA that got in over its head. DC Earth isn't like Marvel in the sense that power tends to be concentrated in fewer hands. Likely you'd see a villainous Illumnati seeing as DC heroes are a little more out in the open than Marvel heroes are.
A villain Illumnati would feature guys like Vandal Savage, Sivana, Lex Luthor, Black Adam, Circe, and Black Mask. Really it would be like a condensed Injustice Society.
