Apoc has already beaten Dracula so he doesn't win.
Selene can IMO beat Emma Frost. then we have Selene and Apocalypse facing off. Winner: En Sabah Nur.

Drac had lost to Apoc before they met in that timeline as well.
He was seeking revenge against Sabah. Sure he lost the fight but in the end he won the war battle!

He was seeking revenge against Sabah. Sure he lost the fight but in the end he won the war battle! He lost at first after Drac had fought in a long battle with the dark riders/clan akabah, Apoc only showed up at the end and did the easy work.

Selene would lose to Emma Frost due to telepathy.

Emma would lose to Apocalypse but Selene should trounce him given the fact that she has high order magic and could drain him of his life force like she did the other Externals (Heck Apocalypse is not even a real External). Plus she can also steal souls.

I'd say Selene could beat Dracula as well.

In short nobody wins. One beats the other.

That apocalypse was written pretty differently than typical Apocalypse. Really ALL he did was morph his hands into weapons. Hes capable of so much more. Personally though my money is on Selene, who when written properly should be a complete beast.

I personally believe that it's going to be between Apoc and Selene with Apoc coming out as winner.
Some might say Selene some might say Dracula.
