Scenario One:
How many times can Zoom Hit Surfer with his best/Hardest Punches before Surfer can react.

Can Zoom KO Surfer with Stronger Than Superman Punches? Kill Him? Severely harm him?


Scenario Two:
How many IMPS can Flash Hit Surfer with before he could react? If so, same questions as Zoom.

Also, Can Flash Steal Surfer's Motion and make him move in Slow motion like he did Inertia? Why? or Why not?

I think it would be possible. But i would doubt this tactic would work that well but I really don't know.

Flash with CIS off is too much for just about anyone. He has an insane power-set.

Yes.

Assuming he gets time to do it, the blast is omnidirectional and they don't just vibrate through it then, yes.

You think Surfer can turn Flash/Zoom into gas? See it can work both ways like that.

You think Surfer can turn Flash/Zoom into gas? See it can work both ways like that. He most certainly could if they didn't have the speed aura to protect them and he could hit him with the transmutation ray. It's highly unlikely to occur but it can happen. Now were is a panel of him turning someone to gas?

He has turn rocks into gas but surfer doesn't have any organic limitation since he has been shown to affected many organic beings at a cellular level at the same time.

But that was just an example similar things could be to turn there shell into energy cocoon so they can't move , Trap them in his board things that don't require him to kill his opponents.
