in general starfire would win. if it got up close and personal fs would be completely over-matched in every way. fs may have greater high end output though, but in general she isn't a warrior like kori whose durability dwarfs fs's as well. fs could take 1-2 but heavy edge to sf imo.

Starfire is more skilled, tougher, faster and could absorb her attacks. I doubt Firestar could even hurt her.
