Captain Cold vs Iron Man

There's nothing CC can offer that'll stop Tony.

Depends on how cold his gun gets and if he can land a hit before being taken out.

Tony wins though
as he can land a shot before Cap can.
Plus Tony got forcefields

Seeing as Captain Cold routinely faces one of the premier speedsters in all of comics, am surprised not more people are saying he would stomp via outreacting them.

cc could def win this but unlike flash (who usually gets in close) tony can stay at a distance to finish him off. i'd take tony most of the time here but that gun would totally eff his armor if he were caught with it.

Snart can win this, as Leo says - even if Tony stays at a distance. His cold field is like a dead zone around him.
