Personally I think the Eldar will win

Are you kidding me? Mandos.

Even though Eldar have Warp Spiders and a whole range of powerful technology like Phantom Lords and Illum Zars, not to forget the Avatars

Mandies would win.

Mandos have the best armor - Beskar. A lightsaber can't pierce Beskar except using the Shatterpoint technique. Mandos are supercommandos and are far too disciplined.

Eldar are also disciplined they have magic and teleports

Star wars has "stargates"
