Mongul or Zoom?

One thing I hate about the Pre-Crisis era.. one way or another, some plot device will make Zoom trip, or Mongul will suddenly have some exotic power to counter Zoom's time distortion.

Zoom dominates.

Mongul wasn't like that. However, he did take down the PC LOSH.

Some PC-superheroes were fast enough to go back in Time. Mongul stomps IMO.
