This is Iron Man with armor made from the same material as Cap's shield and with an Nth Metal mace.

Thor stomps him.

Can't OF Thor do indirect things? Maybe teleport him out of the armor or such?

I'd figure one easy way to win is overpower him, remove the helmet (no damage needed), then punch him lightly in the face.

Iron Man is vastly faster in combat than Thor.

Of course, comic Nth metal isn't quite as dangerous as animated Nth metal.

Ironman's just a guy in that suit. Thor is supposed to have superhuman reflexes but it varies a bunch.
