It may teleport two of the three enemies it shall face away to BFR them. After this, the third enemy is immune to it's teleportation and cannot be BFR'd.

It can have it's worthless little feats from TP excluding Fused Shadows.

Alden Tate is the psychic from InFamous. Get rid of him and Final Evil Pig and Midna might very well win this.

I'd say ten out of ten. She has telekinesis which allowed her to move a very large stone bridge section, Cloud is much lighter than this, she can hold him immobile and potentially beat him to death with rocks, or trees. She can also become intangible or invisible in shadows.

From what I have seen about Cloud, he is quite overrated
