It says in the scan, he is Grendell. That dude in Bauwolf i guess hehe. Anyway his lighting strike is indeed powerful. But the kid never actually been hit with anything. Not enough feats to decalre a win over Herc and Thor's history.

Who knows maybe the lighting is great enough to kill and more than THor can take with his hammer so... yeah no clue.
