wth? Why does odin need to be amped?

What does the thread name even means? "Amped" bears no meaning unless specified

I presume you mean "Odin force amped Thor"? in which case this match hinges on what exactly you mean by "Silver Surfer amped".

if you did intend to pit Surfer against Odin (amped or not), then Surfer's "amp" would have to be some meaningful fraction (say .5%?) of the power of Galactus, in order to beat Odin, otherwise it would be spite.

Surfer can, when he is really committed, take out skyfather levellers (UniLord being the big example), by amping himself using exotic powers (souls/blackbodies, in that example) or by channelling and directing forces far beyond himself at opponents far above himself (Crunch energies against Aegis & Tenebrous), but the latter example should not really apply with Odin as he's not going to consider Surfer so insignificant as to leave him still breathing...

Odin wins.
