Classic Synnar. Not God like Synnar.

Tough to say. Synnar only really had the one appearance to establish a baseline, but it was quite a doozey -- he was taking out a JLA composed of Superman, GL, Orion, and Wonder Woman among others, as I recall.

Starro has some incredible feats to his name already - his battle lasted for days against three beyond-top tier Black Lanterns, never tiring. He easily faced Storm-Daughter, who channeled the energy of an entire world against him and it barely affected him. He casually killed Despero. He easily defeated not only Smite, who had depopulated 10 worlds with his bare hands, but also Smite's enemies, who (combined) were Smite's equal in power.

I'd probably give it to Synnar, but I prefer Starro.
