Well, at *full* power Cable can fight with Surfer for awhile, so not unless Nimrod got him by surprise.

'Nowhere near full'? That could be a lot of things but I don't think he'd win.

Hasn't Cable defeated Apocalypse at least twice, when Cable was not at full power? Cable has all of those special weapons and technological devices that might be a match for Nimrod. Cable is an extremely skilled fighter.

Apoc has owned Cable alooot more than Cable has owned him

Yeah, but in the condition that Cable is in, Cable must have been a really good fighter to defeat Apocalypse at least once.

Cable is barely herald level IMO. Apoc is mid-high herald level.

The HE was less evolved when he fought Sinister. Apoc created Sinister.

Apocalypse did not necessarily create Sinister, but you are correct in stating that he gave him most of his powers.

He gave him all of his powers. Not some.

That is simple not true. Sinister, by himself, without Apocalypse's help, added Courier's powers to himself, which include the "complete control over his body on the cellular and molecular level" ability, shape shifting and healing factor.

Apocalypse gave him energy projection, immortality, telepathy and telekinesis. That is it.
