Rate the ff. attacks based on the amount of damage they deal to a target vs the target's durability as well as the amount of energy they likely generated. Consider Silver Surfer's standard energy blast as 100.

1) Destroyer's disintigrator beam.
2) Cyclops "get out of my lawn" blast.
3) Thor's Godblast
4) Superman's heat Vision
5) Black Bolt's full power scream
6) Standard Thanos energy blast
7) Green Lantern (Hal) standard energy attack
8) Darkseid's Omega Effect
9) Annihilus' Cosmic Control Rod standard energy attack

Some ppl put his "get out of my lawn" blast at quite a high lvl. However, yeah, as philo said, having some1 on the low end helps measure the power lvls within his tier (such as energy blasts of other mutants).

The Blob's belch should be on the list, just as a marker for serious high-end blast power.
