Maybe I'm wrong, but couldn't they tie him and/or BFR him?

The team wins. Thor teleport him to some shitty dimension.

IIRC when he comes back he is just resistant to the particular power that put him down on the level that put him down, so even if a beating to death from 25 supermen makes him incredibily tough to put down with punches, it doesn't make him resistant to energy attacks, matter transmutation, magic or telepathy so they still crush him even without resorting to BFR.

Team kicks his ass. They can immobilize him with the lasso (provided Doomsday hasn't "evolved" past it) long enough to BFR him, or just murder him straight up.
