SO have a lot of characters who arent more than peak human (supposedly).
Cap has beaten the likes of Hyde and rhino & Ko'd them (without the shield) despite only apparantally being able to lift 800lbs.

Cyclops can't even exert 1/10 of the force of the other guys. Why include him here unless you are doing a test of some sort?

Cap isn't ten times stronger than Cyclops. Cyclops isn't known for his physical strength but he is probably athletic meaning he can probably lift at least a quarter of what Cap can.
