Who can make the most complicated breakfast?
who can count the highest?
who could win in a game of checkers?
able to utilize a full days prep for battle?
understand and follow T.V, shows storylines for a full season?

who wins at simon says?
who can be easily distracted?
who wins in the game of telephone?
who can finish reading the book watch spot run?

basically what are their highest on panel feats of intelligence and who appears smarter at their dumbest state?

At his dumbest state hulk is mindless rage....
Drax would be next... He ate the power gem so he wouldn't lose it
bizarro isn't so dumb as his understanding of rules is backwards from ours

Savage hulk is dumb hulk.. being enraged does not mean the same as being dumb or being the dumbest a person can be. Savage hulk has bn mellow and kind to animals and children without being enraged....

In thier dumbest state probably Hulk then drax then grundy then bizzaro because bizzaro isn't stupid just from another(dimension is it or universe)?

neither. at least last i checked canon bizzaro is just a degenerated clone of supes
