He can eat as much as he wants and still not be at "full power". I don't think a FP Galactus even exists.

Galactus has a big lunch.

So he can eat 1000 planets all in the same day and not be "full"?

He was eating universes at one time and still he hadn't become "full"

Not anymore! especially with the Skrulls the Annihilation Waves decimated their numbers. And besides they had plenty of chances in their day to attempt such a feat especially when Galactus at the Skrulls Throneworld.

Even if he has the chance to eat them all the kree and skrulls still have lots of firepower to use against him.
